Kind staff, kitchen, feeling of security.

The location is great. There is a small store nearby where you can buy everything for breakfast. The kitchen has a refrigerator and kettle. The staff is very nice. The house has an elevator, which is important. A hairdryer was provided upon request.

Small CV hotel located on the 4th floor. Simple triple room, basic comfort, very clean and very friendly welcome. Perfect for one or two nights. Very good location for city center visits and exceptional value for money.

Excellent! The staff were amazing (exceptionally welcoming, professional, friendly, extremely respectful, polite and helpful). The location was great at the heart of the city so options for food, transport and even landmarks in Cairo are pretty much walking distance. The room was very very clean with attached bathroom. I highly recommend Golden Star Hostel.

Exactly as described and shown on pictures. No unwanted surprises. Very clean, safe and secure. Owners are lovely people especially Mohammad and Ahmed. Always happy to assist, offer advice have a chat. Location is great as it is minutes away from the main square yet far enough to have some peace and quiet. Comfortable room and bed, great shower pressure. Great value, can't recommend them highly enough :)

Close to the museum, the room was clean, the shared bathroom as well. Comfortable bedding and spacious room. Hotel staff at the top!

The bedroom was very clean. Communication with the host was perfect before our arrival. They were very welcoming and we were able to get our room at 4am. The quality to price ratio is excellent

It is well located, there are shops nearby and you can walk to the Egyptian Museum, the entrance is a little dark, the hostel is on the third floor, it is very comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and although the bathroom was outside the room, it was private.

The room had a good size, with a working AC, a table, 2 chairs, and night tables with a night lamp. It was clean in general. My room had a balcony to the street (not that it was a nice view, but still worth mentioning). There is a kitchen that one can use for some basic cooking or warming up food. The staff is very helpful and ready to attend your needs. The location is very convenient. You can reach many attractions by foot.

Excellent location, opposite a small shop, near a metro station. The Tahrir Square Museum is 1.1 km away on foot.

We checked in earlier, and when checking out we were allowed to leave our things for a few hours (they picked us up late at night).

It is really the best place i stayed in Cairo! The place is wonderful because it is in the middle of Cairo and everything is near - cafe, food, museum. But at the night it is not so loud, if you close the window, i slept very well! The place is clean, cosy, a lot of light, very nice atmosphere, balcony, feel like home. And the personal and owner are so kind friendly people! I have stayed with them for 2 weeks and felt like staying with family! I will miss them so much! And what to think big thanks for everyone who work at this place! They were asking me if i am ok what i need and helped me with everything, because i was travelling alone! I will suggest this place for all my friends who will visit Cairo! And definitely will stay there again if come back!
